Below is our current puppy waiting list. We do not close our waiting list, but we also cannot guarantee when your name comes up. There are too many variables to be able to give any definite wait time. Variables include number of litters that arrive, numbers of puppies in a litter, if anyone passes on a puppy due to a personal life event, and anything else outside of our control.
Waiting List Variables
Our top priority is NOT just to produce a litter. We care more about our dogs, our puppies, and the breed in general to do this. Our females must be of the right age (this means we do not breed them too young, and by choice, not past four years of age), the necessary health tests have to be done, we do not “force” breed, and all of our dogs have to be in prime condition.
Signing Up
We always allow people to sign up since we often have multiple people “pass” per litter. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee when a puppy will be ready. Waiting List Update
I know that life can be crazy. Sometimes people sign up and life happens and they decide they cannot handle a puppy or will not be ready for one for some time. I also understand that some people continue to look while they are on the list and then they find a puppy. Contacting me to be removed from the waiting list is not at the top of their “to-do” list.
As a result, once (sometimes twice) a year, I send out emails to request that those on the list confirm that they still want to remain on the list. A couple day after I send out the first email, I send a group text. The day before the “cut off” date, I send out one more email. If a person chooses not to respond to the email, they are automatically removed from the list. Please make sure that you approve our email in whatever email server you use so it is not automatically marked as spam. Our email is regencyranchgoldens@gmail.com
Current List:
We have multiple litters planned for late fall/winter. We will adjust planned litters based on the number of people on the waiting list. Unless the list goes over fifty people, we should be able to fulfill the list with all of the planned litters between Fall of 2023 and June of 2024.
