Twice a year we invite our extended puppy family members and their fur-babies out. We do our best to keep these puppy playdays in May and October. With each of our playdays we get to spend time with multiple fur-babies and their families. Each of the families invited have taken one of our puppies or adults into their home. Subsequently, this is a sort of “family reunion.” The pups/dogs play and the adults chat. It is tons of fun to see all of the beautiful goldens running around and enjoying themselves. In addition, talking to all the puppy parents is also a joy!
With each playday we have had as few as 10 goldens and as many as 40. We have a BBQ and the pups get pools, a play area, and lots of other fur friends to run around with. As the years go by, the parties are getting bigger. We are hoping to grow the number of people who attend each year! For our pups, it is not a requirement to bring him/her back for a visit, it is just a wonderful time.
